1. Registration for a training program does not guarantee final acceptance, as there are specific guidelines and procedures to follow. If you wish to cancel your registration for a certificate program, you must submit an application to Khfagy Company at least 10 working days before the session. The company has the authority to approve or deny the cancellation request.
2. For other training programs offered by Khfagy, the cancellation request must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to the session. Again, the company reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation.
3. Khfagy also has the right to cancel or reschedule any training course, with trainees being notified at least 5 working days in advance. If a course is canceled by the company or seats are unavailable, customers will be refunded accordingly.
4. Furthermore, Khfagy may document training programs through photography or video, and trainees are expected to attend at least 75% of the allocated training hours. Absences without a valid excuse may result in the loss of refund rights, subject to the company’s approval.
